"wonderful"

great service kind of a bumpy ride but nevertheless gets me to my appointments where i want to be, drivers friendly helpful, always a pleasure service has improved after covid, got to meet our driver from a while back brings warm feelings to our hearts, perhaps try to speed up wait times but usually always on time, has taxi patient transport and ambulances and respect elderly with their carers, all in all great service thank you! from p and h.

We value the time you have taken to share your feedback on the Patient Transport Service (PTS).

I am really glad to hear that your experiences have been mostly positive, and you feel that the service has improved since Covid. We do acknowledge that our wait times can vary due to a number of variables, but we do try our best to ensure patients are not waiting for an extended period of time.

We hope that the service continuously improves, and meets and surpasses your expectations and keeps getting better.
