Subject: Complaint Regarding Long Wait Time in A&E
Dear QE Hospital Birmingham Management,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the excessive wait time I experienced in the Accident & Emergency department on 2nd May 2024. I arrived at 5.30pm and waited for over 9 hours and still I am waiting .
The extended wait time was not only frustrating but also concerning, as I was in need of urgent medical assistance. I understand that A&E departments can be busy, but waiting over 9 hours is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the efficiency and effectiveness of your services.
I hope that you will investigate this matter promptly and take steps to ensure that such long wait times do not occur in the future. Patients in need of urgent medical care should not have to endure such lengthy delays.
