"I could not praise the team more"

I had been referred for a Colonoscopy to the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy.

I had the procedure a few years ago which was difficult for myself and the consultant.

From receiving my appointment to the day of the procedure I could not praise the team more. They set my mind at rest from the initial phone call to the receptionist on the morning of my arrival to the whole team. 

Although the procedure was still difficult I had a much more positive experience. I felt my anxious feelings were taken into account and I was listened to. 

I would like to say thanks to the whole team for their person centred approach.
