"Poor Service "

Referred to the hospital from my GP

Received a letter for an appointment from LivingCare ( I was not made aware my referral had been redirected to them from Leeds Teaching Trust )

I called and made it clear to LivingCare that one of the consultants i refuse to see due to previous consultation I’ve had with them in the past and the consultants appalling bedside manner.. I was booked under a different consultant

I got a message 3 days before that appointment had been cancelled and been rearranged

I called and found out it had been rebooked in with a consultant I had asked not to see

When I’ve asked to be rebooked I was told if I refuse to see the consultant they rebooked my appointment with (even though they knew I would not see this consultant ) I will be waiting over 2 months to be rebooked back in..which would make my first appointment 5 months after receiving my referral! Left with Leeds Teaching id probably seen quicker

Due to this asked to be discharged from them hoping my GP can get me seen quicker elsewhere

Wish to raise this issue with LivingCare however there is no information on their website how to do this
