"Good service all round"

I booked an appointment using the online system. The practice responded within 24 hours and I was offered a face-to-face appointment around a week later (which was fine for the issue I needed support with).

The doctor was punctual, friendly, and very thorough. I was taken through a range of diagnostic questions and tests, given all of the information I needed about what she thought the problem was, and prescribed medication that would aid my recovery. After I left the surgery, she also texted me a link to a website with more advice and exercises.

All in all, I can't fault the experience. Well done and thank you.
