durin this appointment i felt that my thoughts and feelings were not accounted for. i diagnosed myself with the illness and requested a referral to which i was shut down, given antibiotics and out of the room within 3 minutes. barely given a chance to explain my symptoms and how i was feeling and after me saying i felt it wasn’t the diagnosis i thought i felt shooed away saying that it was and that the antibiotics were immediately sent to the pharmacy attached to the building, not even checking where i would be going to collect the prescription as it wouldn’t have been that one.

We encourage all our clinical staff to be empathetic and understanding of all patients clinical needs, so it is disappointing to see that you did not feel listened to and you did not receive the outcome you were expecting.
