Been battling to get some help for ages - finally force the doctors into getting a X-ray where it was found I am rotated at hip. Told to make appointment to discuss X-ray - attend physio who was totally useless and said list for physio is 18 months - go help yourself. Absolute rubbish Fuming.

We are sorry to read your comment and have made numerous attempts to contact you to discuss your complaint so that we can try and help you further. We have discussed your case with our senior physiotherapists that work at the surgery who specialise in diagnosing what the problems are and then refer patients on to the most appropriate service, which in your case is a prolonged course of physiotherapy at the hospital. We are very sorry that the current waiting time for that service is 12-18 months and our senior physiotherapists were doing their best to help you manage your symptoms.
I can discuss the issue with your x-ray in much more detail if you let us know when it is convenient for you to come and see myself, or any of the GPs at the surgery. As we have been unable to get through to you by phone, we have wrote you a letter with the above information.
