The receptionist was polite, helpful & approachable, she found time to answer queries from other patients & give directions to those who were lost. A very caring, kind, calm lady who clearly is an asset to the Department & hospital Trust.
The nurse practitioner & consultant were very calm, professional & knowledgeable. I received treatment in a timely manner, clear explanations, & there were opportunities given to ask questions. I was treated with dignity & respect.Certainly a 10 out of 10 experience !
