"Totally professional but down to earth"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as a service user),

Had appointment at Clinic K with physiotherapist Seonaid.

I have decided to leave this because I have a severe phobia of hospitals. Never felt totally at ease at any app until today.

Seonaid made me feel totally at ease. What a lady, can’t sing her phrases enough. How she took her time to explain everything that was going to happen during examination. Explained her findings and spoke to me like a person. Totally professional but down to earth which make a big difference to a patient especially with a phobia.

This is why I felt the need to write. I have never felt that comfortable at hospital ever. Total asset to nhs and clinic K. A total star in my eyes.

In particular, it's great to hear that you felt that she explained things clearly and put you at ease, speaking to you like a person.
