About: Southern Health & Social Care Trust / Urgent Care Centre (Phone First)

(as the patient),

I rang phone first as I was unable to get my own GP.

I was triaged by a lovely nurse Gillian who got me an appointment within a few hours.

I had my checks done by a lovely nurse called Ryan, then had an appointment with Claire the Nurse Practitioner who was professional yet caring, had a full understanding of my situation and was able to direct me with medical advice.

It is lovely to hear that the staff were lovely, professional and caring, illustrating an understanding of your condition. Jillian, Ryan and Clare will be delighted with your lovely feedback. We are so privileged to have a job where we can care for people and make a difference.
