My experience working with Asha was brilliant. Asha was very good at listening and giving me a safe space to explore the drivers behind me addictive behaviour and learn to develop better control. The psychological models Asha shared with me were also very helpful not just for my addictive behaviour but also my mental health as a whole. I am so glad I got the opportunity to access this service and work with Asha.
