"Rheumatology Appointment in Aintree Hospital"

I had a rheumatology appointment with my doctor and some of his staff at Aintree Hospitals in Liverpool. Him and his team were absolutely superb in every way. My partner and I were treated with the upmost care, compassion, dignity and respect. I left the Dept more than satisfied and so happy with the service that was provided. The nurses and the people in the x-ray Dept also, were so professional, helpful and caring. I had been to Southport hospital and the rheumatology Dept there was shameful and abominable under a doctor who was cold, aloof, extremely rude and had absolutely no people skills what so ever. I was truly shocked that they are allowed to conduct and practice medicine in that way. It was a grubby appointment and they were absolutely horrible. They had absolutely no idea on the meaning of the word care! So my wonderful GP helped me be referred to the rheumatology Dept at Aintree Hospitals in Liverpool and I will recommend them to everyone I speak too. They are a true and perfect example of what the NHS should be like. They explained every single thing in detail, and you could see that they genuinely cared and listened patiently to what I had to say etc. I left feeling so positive and had my faith restored fully and I just want to say a huge thank you on this website to the doctor and his staff. Its people like this that make the NHS the great institution that it is. They work so hard and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
