"Still waiting for a letter from Max Fac"

First off, we got this appointment because my son has hypermobility Ehlers Danlos Syndrome & has issues with his jaw locking up, being unable to eat or drink when it does. The EDS specialist said this was because the jaw hinge is loose & so the lower mandible clicks out of place, otherwise known as a subluxation or partial dislocation.

I felt that doctor we saw at max fax was rude & quite aggressive. My son finds it very difficult talking to medical staff, so I as his mother & fellow hEDS sufferer, advocate for him. The doctor was completely ignorant of this & of his difficulties. This was all in early February 2024.

Since this appointment I have been waiting for the consultants report. It's now May and I've had nothing. I've tried calling & all I get is "call declined" from the secretary number I have. I need that consultation letter so I can show my son's dentist, he's been recommended for braces in order to help sort this problem he's having, out.

I feel really angry now, because I have been trying for months to get through to someone, so they can send me the letter. Can someone please get this letter to me?
