From the moment I brought my daughter to the reception I knew she was going to be in good hands. We were greeted with a warm smile. The lady that took my daughter through for procedure was outstanding sorry I didn’t get her name. She kept me posted. There was also, I am assuming, a nurse that kept checking on me as the procedure was taking a bit of time. The Temperature outside today is unusually very warm I was also asked frequently if I needed a drink of water.  The NHS takes such a bad hit sometimes I thought I had better post that the treatment we received today was nothing short of exemplary

I am delighted to hear that you and your daughter both received such friendly, professional and compassionate care from all of our staff whilst you were in the Endoscopy Unit at University Hospital Crosshouse. This is a lovely example of the patient centred care that we strive to provide.
