"Made life liveable"

About: Community health and Care Services / Reablement Team

(as a relative),

Mummy was released from hospital after a 2 month stay. The next day she had the morning team of Holly and Fiona who bathe, dress and start her morning. Shortly after Pamela, the supervisor I believe, got it sorted that she had extra carers during the day as it was necessary - what a brilliant group of women you all are, made life liveable for her. This was the rehabilitation hub.

Meanwhile my Dad has had 3 carers daily, morning noon and night, shout out to all. He loves the lunch time “pieces” in his piece box :)
