About: North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust

Upon calling for an ambulance following a fall suffered by my 79 year old wife, it arrived literally within minutes! The service that was subsequently provided by the two paramedics involved, was literally world class. So very considerate, so very caring. Both paramedics are superb ambassadors for the NHS and after specifically asking them for their names during our journey to hospital, I’m extremely disappointed that I’m not permitted to reveal them here.

Such superstars!
