I was referred urgently for an ultrasound scan after attending the urgent care centre with severe pain a few weeks ago. My GP made the referral a few days after. I contacted the booking team who advised that my scan had been downgraded, however they were able to offer me a cancellation appointment at a convenient location. Ciara was very helpful in organising this for me.

I attended ACH for the scan today where I was met by Marie (chaperone) and Christine (sonographer). They were both lovely and warm and explained the process clearly. I was pleasantly surprised to be told what the ultrasound scan showed which was very reassuring as I've been worrying about what might be wrong over the last few weeks.
