From the age of around 8 I have struggled with health anxiety. It is noted on my record for years. Recently I have been diagnosed with BRCA2 gene. This has obviously tipped me and finally I have reached out for help to manage my anxiety. To be told that I don't qualify for talk therapy because my anxiety has now become a real worry! Wow! Thanks.
