Slipped and twisted my ankle at my friend's wedding. I went to the New Victoria Hospital minor injuries to have be ankle looked at.
I was greeted by a friendly receptionist on arrival who asked simple questions about the reason for my visit. I was assessed by a lovely nurse practitioner John in a very timely manner.
I was taken for an x-ray of my ankle where the lovely radiographer Sarah introduced herself and me feel relaxed during the imaging of my ankle. I quickly received the results of my x-ray by John the NP and I was given a positive result of my x-ray as well as clear injury management advice. Following this, I was fitted with a moonboot and given mobility advice by a vey polite HCA (sorry I didn't catch your name).
I just wanted to say thank you to all of the staff that I met during my visit and thanks for seeing and treating me so quickly and for the patient centred care you all provided.
