"Cardiac event and angiogram with stent"

I was having some symptoms which related to heart. I used to play badminton and I start feeling shoulder pain. I saw GP and sent for physiotherapist with exercise. I had mild asthma and only used preventative inhaler. But from last year I was feeling shortness of breath and chest tightness in some occasions.

I tried to maintain healthy life styles, I didn’t had high blood pressure or diabetes. I was a moderate smoker. My wife diagnosed with cancer on last year august and I had very stressful time for few month. She had a surgery and recovering from her cancer.

During that time I start feeling palpitations and dizziness some time even while I was sleeping. I done ECG and 24 hours blood pressure monitor but nothing found. My cholesterol was high from few years but not given any medicine. AtIn early May I had angiogram with one stent. Now I am recovering.

I saw Abi Physiotherapist with Cardiac rehabilitation service though I ran late for appointment she still patient enough to see me for a bespoke assessment. Abi explained the rehabilitation pathway and recovery plan .

She further advised me on activities level and adaptation, very skilled and knowledgeable. Her consideration and professionalism came throughout the entire assessment. I feel confident I will be able to resume my normal activities.
