I recently attended a booked appointed for a neck xray at the Queen Margaret hospital, Dunfermline.  

The radiologist explained thoroughly what she was going to do and what positions she would use. She listened carefully to me so that she knew what my concerns were. 

She was a very pleasant young lady and made sure she was happy with the outcome of the xrays she took. 

It is not the first time I have been in this department previously for breast screening and I believe this team is extremely efficient, friendly as well as professional.  Keep up the great work you do in challenging times.
