The very best of person centred care.

I had an appointment for a barium swallow this morning. Every member of staff were very kind and helpful. I would like to point out the three members of staff who conducted the actual X-ray. They explained everything very clearly and were very reassuring. it was so thoughtful of the consultant/radiologist who was conducting my X-rays to take time to introduce himself before the procedure.

The care I received today was exemplary and I really did appreciate it.
