About: Crosshouse Hospital / Ear, Nose & Throat

(as a service user),

Today I had injections into both ears to try and alleviate my symptoms of Bilateral Meniere's Disease.  This was the second occasion of meeting Mrs Grimmond.  Mrs Grimmond had been so understanding of my condition and I get the feeling that she actually listens and truly cares. She is patient with me and gentle and kind. I cannot praise her manner and professionalism highly enough. I am so grateful to be in her care. With thanks.
