About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

I was admitted to Day Surgery unit at the Victoria in Glasgow. Reception staff, nursing staff (pre-op , theatre and post op) anaesthetists and the consultant were without exception lovely, caring and made sure I had the information I needed and that all my needs were met. I literally could not fault anything. The place was spotless and while I was there 2 ladies were obviously spot checking cleanliness including checking for dust on the curtain tracks. I was so impressed. This is a shining example of efficient, effective and caring treatment that should be replicated everywhere in the UK. Well done to everyone and a big thank you from me.
