"Thank you so much to the cardiology team"

I attended for an Echocardiogram.

I can’t thank Heather enough for her lovely manner, she made me feel relaxed and very confident in her abilities. She chatted to me throughout the procedure and was very friendly and reassuring. 

I feel very lucky that NHS staff are working overtime so patients like myself don’t have to wait extended waiting times for these urgent tests. 

Thank you so much to the cardiology team and to Heather the physiologist who was absolutely wonderful today. Please pass on my thanks to her for going above and beyond and for her kindness.
