About: Banbridge Health & Care Centre / Radiology Services (X-Ray)

(as a service user),

I was very apprehensive going for a pelvic USS as it involved an internal scan.

I was taken into a cubicle to change by an assistant who was so kind and very professional.

The scan was then performed in a darkened room by the ultrasonographer who explained everything & assured me that the doors had been locked. It could have been such an undignified procedure but it wasn't as I received excellent care throughout my visit.

I am a retired nurse & know that I received an excellent service by caring staff.
