I've called 111 for chest pain and caugh and they send the report to my GP and told me to call them.

I've called the GP and after 45 min wait on the phone i got through to receiption. They were able to identify the 111 report and informed me that i will receive a call from them once the doctor completes the 111 report assesment.

They never called so I did go to the GP and asked the reception. She was polite but said I have been misinformed and i have to make an appointment to see a doctor. She was able to find the 111 report as well but said that it simply is nothing.

I've asked why they didn't tell me to book the appointment when I called the day before. She apoligized for the misinformation but said that there is nothing she can do.

They simply try to avoid patience by any means or delay the appointment if they can.

I have not used any GP service for couple years and just remembered why.
