"My daughters care"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Blossom (Paediatric Outpatient dept) Craigavon Area Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department The Archway Surgery

(as a service user),

I accompanied my daughter to CAH ED after being referred to ED by my daughters Dr McKee at the Archway Surgery. I got an appointment for the morning surgery and Dr McKee couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive with my daughter. Diagnosing Quinsy and referring us to CAH ED. On visiting CAH we were seen promptly by triage and the initial nurse was very helpful and put my daughter at ease while she took bloods.

We were then seen by Blessing who was very helpful and tried to ensure we were seen quickly he managed to get us out into the Paediatric ED. Nothing was too much for Blessing. We were then in the care of Nurse Hannah who was extremely helpful and agin put my daughter at ease. Nothing was too much for Nurse Hannah her bedside manner was exemplary.
