It takes on average 30 mins for a call to the surgery to be answered

I left a request for a repeat prescription for my mother who I care for rang a few days later to confirm, went to chemist no prescriptions had been forwarded

I then have to come into the surgery to fund out that the request was lost/not processed, then I was told they would contact on call doctor, my mum.who has dementia can not cope with this let alone myself , if i could not drive what on earth would i have done , i kept giving very precise information ahead of time, this surgey has gone downhil completely with appointments, receptionist efficiency, the complete lack of interest generally towards patients .the NHS app is so poorly managed that I can't every order repeats for myself or my mum as they are not even listed as regular medications , and this is not the first time

I dread to call this surgery with the amount of explanation I need to provide ,it provides me no support in terms of managing my mums needs because the reception is so awfully bad
