About: Causeway Hospital / Gynaecology Women, Children and Family Services / Sexual and Reproductive Health

(as the patient),

I was first asked to fill out a form to help me get the right help.

The nice receptionist got me sorted out then I was off to see the next person who was also so polite and kind he helped me get what I needed and then I went for blood tests.

I got lightheaded over due to not eating or drinking before (my own fault). They helped me big time by getting me a drink and food and then let me go on my way.

Overall amazing support and help. They helped me feel comfortable when I stared feeling nauseous.

Thanks to the amazing team at Coleraine Sexual Health Clinic for all their help. They were amazing!

My name is Jolene Murphy Lead Nurse For Sexual Health, thank you for taking time to write a review on your experience. Our staff work very hard to make each service users journey a positive one from start to finish. From experience I know getting blood taken can be daunting and I am very proud of how my staff have made you feel at your appointment. I will pass on your kind compliments to all the staff
