This is my second stay in Cloughreagh my friend suggested to come back here and I'm glad I made the choice the staff are very welcoming always have time to answer any concerns I had.

My physio team were very helpful they have gave me the confidence to go back home as I had a fear of falling.  I preferred to stay in my bedroom to say my prayers. 

I enjoyed catching up with other residents at meal times.

Always enjoyed my meals food lovely and hot and good choices.

The new welcome pack was good and lots of information that I could pass on to my family

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience of Cloughreagh on Care Opinion. It is very encouraging for our staff that you were happy to return to Cloughreagh for a second time and that you have felt welcome and content here.

I will share your positive feedback with the staff team here and AHP staff who supported you with your exercises and gave you back your confidence to go back home. It is good for our staff that the hard work they do is acknowledged and that you felt comfortable sharing concerns with them.

While we do have activities ongoing daily, the choice of our Service users is respected and all staff were aware that you were content to remain in your bedroom during the day.

We have just introduced the Welcome Pack for those admitted to Cloughreagh and I am glad that you found it beneficial to you and your family.

Thank you again for your positive feedback and I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of the team to wish you continued good health.
