"Why didn’t I know about this sooner?"

About: Community Services - North Devon / Urgent Community Response (UCR)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Mark was marvellous, when I had slid onto the floor and I couldn't get up. Staff contacted Mark and he said, don’t worry I'll be there help and he turned up with another staff member, Rachel and she was lovely too.

Ring anytime was his parting comment. Why didn’t I know about this sooner?

Thank you for your feedback it's so gratifying to here of such a positive outcome from a potentially traumatic experience. We are actively promoting the service to Primary Care Network to promote the service.
