"Utterly impressed with every person there"

Hello, I just wanted to tell you about my experience at YDH. I had attended for a blood test and an x-ray. Apart from being efficient, every member of staff was helpful, respectful and most importantly, incredibly kind. I don't mean just to myself. I saw nurses and clinicians taking the time to talk and probably more important, to listen to patients. Just general chit chat but would probably mean the world to some patients. The kindness, compassion and friendliness was so lovely to feel and to witness. 

I never write reviews, good or bad, but I just had to let you know how utterly impressed I was with every single person there. Absolutely wonderful. Well done everyone!
