My husband was referred – very good service.
They provided various items needed.
Nurses and doctor attended, it was much easier that going to GP practice.
Cannot fault you, extremely good, everything came quickly.
My husband is now improving.
Everyone very polite and helpful. Overall doing a very good job, very attentive.
Only problems we are having, is getting a covid booster for my husband as he is temporarily housebound.
Overall ten out of ten for Frailty team!
