About: Coatbridge Locality Support Service / Community Nursing Team

(as a relative),

The Coatbridge district nurses team looked after my husband at home during the last week of his life. They provided first class, professional care to him and to his family.  We are all very grateful that this allowed him to spend his last days at home surrounded by his family.

Dear Vilamar,

Thank you so much for taking time to write such lovely comments about our District Nurses in what must be a difficult time for you. I am so glad that you and your family got to spend quality time with your loved one and I am sure our District Nurses are grateful to have been a part of this. I will certainly pass on your kind words to the Team and the Team Leader.
