"Excellent Service from start to finish "

I required a surveillance colonoscopy an appointment was made and I was contacted by a support nurse to check my understanding of the procedure. I informed her that I was type 1 diabetic due to complications that diabetes causes when fasting I was made the earliest appointment on that day. I was contacted again to discuss what would happen the day before the procedure and my understanding was examined in a pleasant friendly manner. The moviprep medication was posted to with with full instructions including diabetes information. I was contacted again a couple of days before to confirm everything was fine. On the day of the appointment I arrived welcomed at reception, then introduced to a nurse who checked my blood pressure etcetera and talked me through the procedure checking my understanding without being condescending. In theatre I was made to feel at ease by two supportive nurses and the consultant. I have had several colonoscopies but never this thorough I watched on TV throughout the process everything was clearly explained I was in owe of the professional manner undertaken by all involved.
