I want to say thank you to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and support you provided during my stay here in Cloughreagh House. 

From the moment I arrived you truly made it feel like a Home from Home.  The high level of care and respect from each and every member of staff was greatly appreciated. Your kindness and compassion have made a lasting impression on me and I will always be grateful for the difference you have made in my recovery.  

It is with heartfelt thanks that I say goodbye to you all today.

Thank you so much for sharing your story on Care Opinion. I am delighted to hear you had such a wonderful experience in Cloughreagh House and that collectively as a team we played such an important role in your recovery journey..

Staff in Cloughreagh House continually strive to ensure all Service Users' have an experience which is unique to them and is person centred. We have worked very hard as a team to ensure all staff have the opportunity to participate in training which enhances their skills and knowledge. We work in partnership with the rehab team to achieve positive outcomes for Service Users.

On behalf of the team in Cloughreagh House I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you again and to wish you continued good health
