"Oncology Office Navigator"

I have incurable cancer and use many services and I am so lucky to have had so much support from a lot of people, I have put a few stories on here. 

I am a very nervous and anxious person and sometimes have what I think are silly questions or just need help and advice and I hate calling and bothering people because I know how very busy they are.

For a few months I’ve had questions and wee problems etc and I have found that I really needed to call oncology for help. I have been helped by Lynn, the office navigator, and I honestly cannot explain how helpful and understanding she is when I call her.

Because I’m usually stressed and wound up, she takes time to listen to me and understand my query and always calls me back with whatever information I’ve needed and she always puts me at ease.

Another service that I find so important to people like me and knowing that I’m not bothering busy people I’m not scared to pick up the phone knowing I will get that friendly person on the phone, so a big thank you to Lynn and I will continue to call if I need to.
