(as the patient),

We had a lovely sonographer called Cathie do our scan recently.

She made us feel at ease and spoke to us the full way through and couldn't have been more helpful and nice during this exciting time for us.

Please pass this on to the staff member and unit, people are too quick to moan and never mention the good experiences.

Looking forward to my 36 week scan with Cathie at early pregnancy unit Hairmyres.
