"Hospital visit turned into a fun, educational experience"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Ultrasound

(as a service user),

My young daughter had an ultrasound scan at Treliske Hospital recently. We were extremely impressed with the service, facilities, and most of all the treatment we received. She told me how truly lovely everyone was to her. She felt completely included and respected. The sonographer turned the screen so she could see and explained everything to her in so much detail and with such child friendly kindness that she still remembers all of it. The hospital visit was turned into a fun, educational experience for her that she is excited about and proud of. Additionally the suite was very clean and had really fun kids activities to cover any waiting time. We would like to say a huge thank you to this wonderful team.
