(as a service user),

I fell from my chair one morning last week and had to phone the Emergency Community Service number for help back up. I was expecting to be waiting there for a long time, but they had a very fast response time in getting to my house.

They helped me back up and gave me a thorough check, making sure I had no hot spots and then they even made me a cup of tea afterwards.
