"Felt as though I wasn't being listened to but rather talked at."

About: Sexual Health Services - Shropshire (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

Attended the clinic early May

I felt I was being penalised for any past experiences.

Felt as though I wasn't being listened to but rather talked at.

Was having words put in my mouth.

Told my mum confidential information.

After mentioning about self harming the demeanour of the staff didn't change but rather made me feel worse about it.
