(as a service user),

here we go again!!! loads of things are already being cancelled.  staff are being moved to the wards so all the sessions not going ahead.  Whats the point if you cant even manage to get patients off ward for anything

Good evening

Thank you for taking the time to share your views. I am sorry to hear the frustrations. In relation to Therapies and Education and patient activity, session cancellations can only be made if the appropriate escalations and governance routes are followed within the Hospital. If there is a patient safety issue, these escalations may be made for managers to consider the risk and make informed decisions. In these circumstances, activities in ward areas should be prioritised. If it would help, I can arrange for a member of Rampton Leadership Team to come and speak with you in relation to this?

Yes please! Two sessions have already been cancelled this week.. I have a funny feeling everyone is going to get put on wards this summer again!
