About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery New Victoria Hospital / Endometriosis Service

(as the patient),

I had to go for keyhole procedure to see if I have endometriosis. I felt so nervous and had bad anxiety but the nurses, surgeon and anaesthetist were amazing, they kept me calm, informed me extremely well about what is going to happen each step.

I felt comfortable and safe and trusted the staff to take good care of me which they did. 

They were professional and also have amazing personality made me smile and laugh. Couldn’t ask for better care and staff.
