I had a bad fall in the house and needed to go to A&E at paisley RAH. There was a small wait and then I got called by Jacqueline who quickly assessed me went for an x-ray, and back again to Jacqueline, who informed me I had a double fracture, went through how to wear a boot and walking sticks, was very patient with me and very professional.
