"I cannot fault the prompt service"

About: General practices in Fife Queen Margaret Hospital / Breast care service Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery Western General Hospital / Radiotherapy

(as a service user),

Last March I noticed a lump on my left breast. No idea how long it had been there. Called GP, said i just wanted to chat with someone as was probably nothing. Female GP arrived next day at home (I'm house bound at present) and within days I was referred to the breast clinic, saw a doctor, had a mamogram, biopsy, further consultation with a doctor and then my future surgeon. I had an op in April at QMH, 9 days of radiotherapy at WGH in May/June and was told I was clear. I cannot fault the prompt service which has probably saved my life. Thank you so much x
