"Specialist Nursing"

I had an upsetting incident in the car park at grmc on Wednesday 26th June at about 6.30 - 7.30pm. The Dementia Nurse leaving the Practice late intervened and helped me. After diagnosis and contact with a colleague she eventually drove me home and later in the evening contacted me to check that I was OK. She also discussed my plight with the Diabetes Specialist Nurse. All this done outside of work time (both nurses) and as late as 10.00pm on Wednesday evening. I was so grateful to both Specialist Nurses for their warmth, professionalism and great good humour. 100%. Over and above. Please record my observations.
