"They were all so kind and considerate"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

(as the patient),

I had a procedure booked in to remove a poly from the inside of my cheek.

The receptionist tried to keep me calm by chatting to me as I was so nervous. I can’t remember her name but I thank her.

When going through to the room, the surgeon Nigel, the nurses Sarah and Seraphins were friendly and tried to put my mind at rest.

They were all so kind and considerate and I thank them all for making my procedure go as well as it could. The stress ball was a welcome distraction and a very good idea for anxious patients.
