About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

(as a service user),

I walked in to the clinic for an IUD check, i was very nervous as it can be quite a stressfull thing. The ladies at the front desk were so kind, and the wait wasnt long at all.

The man who called my name was absolutely wonderful, and so kind and caring. The nurse seeing me today made me feel so comfortable and safe, not judged and generally seemed to care about me. The man was ensuring i had water, put the pillow comfortabke on my back and was so gentle.

I left feeling so happy.

What lovely feedback.

We are so pleased that after initially feeling nervous, you left our clinic feeling happy and that everyone, from the receptionists to the clinicians, helped ease those nerves.

We appreciate how daunting it can be coming into the clinic but we endeavour to make everyone feel as relaxed and safe as possible. No one is ever judged. All our clinicians are knowledgeable in their area and will provide you with the best information and care needed.
