About: Trauma & orthopaedics / Orthopaedic National Treatment Centre Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency Victoria Hospital / Orthopaedic Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) Victoria Hospital / Radiology Victoria Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Since I was injured, the care I have received from paramedics, nurses and doctors has been phenomenal.

Initially trauma team at A&E, radiology, ward 33, Mr Shenoy and his team. The Nurse practitioners and SPOC team have also been brilliant. Another short stay on ward 31 was also so caring and reassuring. Follow up at the NTC has been exceptional and the care and good humour have been fist class, Yvonne, Kerry, Miranda and numerous other nurses and students have all made me feel very safe and cared for. Nothing has been too much, even when I was re-admitted to ward 31 via the NTC when I wasn’t expecting it, Kerry made sure I didn’t go hungry while awaiting a bed.

Thank you to everyone involved at Kirkcaldy Victoria Hospital.
